Once you have downloaded the file, fill out the CSV with each employee’s information: First Name, Last Name, Phone Number, Email Address, and Amount to be paid. All of this information must be completed in advance, and all end users must be properly registered in the Midi app so that Midi Companies can upload the CSV file and initiate the corresponding payment process.
