After I upload the file, how and when will I be notified of the total amount to be transferred?

Once you upload the CSV file, our team will verify that the transferred amount matches the total in the CSV file.

• It is the company’s responsibility to ensure that the total amount is correct and to include the corresponding service fee of $25 USD before making the transfer.
• Please send the transfer receipt to the email address [e-mail].
• If there is any discrepancy, our team will contact you within a maximum of 72 hours.
